EXPERIENCE

I directly have led three to five men crews. Managing multiple crews on multiple tower

projects.Training for crew cheifs,maintaining vehicles,and other fixed assets.Organizing shop

and job materials.Ordering job materials and hiring subcontractors.Assisting with bidding

jobs.Erection of mono poles,guyed and self-supporting towers.Install of antennas,lines on

towers and rooftops.Tower inspections,maintence,and upgrades.Warehouse managment.

Oversee Civil/foundation work at tower sites.Tower and equipment grounding.Cellular radio

equipment installation.Installation of microwave dishes and elliptical cable.Knowledge of

paperwork: Vehicle maint.,time sheets,crew reports,customer logs,photo logs of sites,credit

card expense reports.
