Project Description: The objectives of this work is to design and develop a touch screen based

CPM device for knee rehabilitation.The design of the developed CPM

device is based on the slider-crank mechanism.This project work is a

combination of hardware,software and a mechanical part .The device

consists of a touch screen input/graphic color LCD, a microcontroller, a

DC motor, two safety sensors, an original point sensor and a mechanical

part.Also use of this equipment will reduces the cost and time because

physiotherapist will not be available at all time and then the patient have

to go to the hospital or the physiotherapist have to come to the patients

home to do the exercises which all those lead to increase in cost and time.
