resolution. Bench-top manufacturing of paint to evaluate viscosity, PH,

stability and color via color computer. Responsible for record keeping,

data entry and customer support.

Intergra Life Sciences, Plainsboro, Nj. (Jan. 2013-Mar.2013): Chemical

Operator

Performed chemical processing and batch mixing such

as enzymatic treatment, alkali treatment, tendon prep, dispersion prep, and

cross linking, required to produce various collagen-based products, all in

a clean room environment. Responsible for accurately maintaining legible

and accurate records, required logs, books and other procedures to comply

with FDA regulatory requirements.

PQ Corporation, Conshohocken, Pa. (Jan. 2012-Mar. 2012): Lab Technician

Production of catalyst via an extrusion process. Reviewed batch records and

gathered ingredients from drums, super sacks, and fifty pound bags.

Operated Littleford mixer for mixing and batching product. Loaded

extruded catalyst onto metal trays to be put in an oven. Unloaded oven

trays and emptied fired catalyst into six or twenty four inch calciner.

Monitor and record readings from process control panels. Filled product

into fifty five gallon drums and prepared drums for shipment. Operated a

fork lift (standing and sitting), a shrink wrap machine, and hand trucks.

Monitored work area to ensure a proper and clean environment.

Technician

Collection and blending of raw materials for batching of coatings used in

auto catalyst industry. Tested, adjusted, and submitted sample to quality

control for final approval. Ran approved batches through production line

coater. Loaded coated parts into production line ovens. Unloaded parts

from the oven into boxes and placed boxes on a pallet. Operated shrink wrap

machine, forklift (sitting and standing types), pallet jacks, hochmeyer

mixers, and sand and pebble mills. Prepared paperwork and labels and

attached them to pallets. Completed all chemical testing, record keeping,

and daily housekeeping.

Technician (Quality Control/ Small Batch Department)

Manufacturing, testing, adjustment, and packaging of developmental and

established paint products from one to one hundred gallon quantities.

Knowledge of sand mill, premier mill, high speed hochmeyer mixer, color

computer programs, and proprietary programs. Duties included the filling of

totes, drums, five and one gallon containers, lab inventory, raw

Responsibilities included equipment testing using Krebbs and Brookfield

Formulation, development and testing of water and oil based paints for

company product lines or compliance with customer specifications. Duties

included cost-effective reformulation of existing products for the purpose

of identifying new or additional raw material sources. Responsibilities

included computer operation, MSDS system maintenance, customer feedback

investigation, supervision of productions batches, order raw material and

supplies, and record keeping.
