Capitol Hill Towers Project – June 2012 to January 2013

Brought onto Capitol Hill Towers project exclusively.

Tasked with performing many field issues due to resignation by field personnel.

Simultaneously performed project engineer duties.

Additionally performed Assistant Project Manager Duties when necessary. This included

compiling and drafting owner’s change orders and applications for payment.

Assisted in the administration and management of the project from start to finish.

Acquired experience in the buying out of subcontractors and development of

construction scheduling.

Redesigned the subcontractor invoice processing system. Upon discovery by group

management, this redesign was then chosen as the optimal system for invoice

processing and is now used throughout the group.
