> Prepared Daily corresponding with HO, Client and Consultants as per

instruction of reporting in charge.

> All Testing related of Earth work, Sub grade, Granular Sub Base, DLC,

PQC, as per MORTH specification.

Quality Assurance, carrying field test at site and coordination

with laboratory.

> Mix design and making trial mixes of Color concrete & PP Fiber

reinforce, Dram ix fiber concrete, HRC, SCC,HVFC,LWC, & high strength,

Low grade SCC and other's Flow concrete, cement mortar.

> Conducting various tests for entire raw material and concrete as per IS

Standards.

> Knowing about full life circle of cement.

> Preparation of monthly quality reports as per required.

> Resolving customer complaints as well as there requirements.

> Inspection of site to assure site is executed as per drawing and

specification before concreting.

> Performing various checks of material and conducting process component

field defect

monitoring & control; ensuring adherence to various quality standards.

> Conducting various tests & regular internal audits and reviews to

ensure adherence to pre-set

norms; ensure conformance across all functions and processes.

> Stock verification and handled a major project of material variation

in RMX plant.

> Also worked as site solution engineer, while handling concrete pours

and problems at site.

> Overall customer satisfaction index.
