discussions and ensure the community maintains the Code of Honor. The New Driver Lounge has
over 3000 members nationwide and is reserved for new Lyft drivers within their first 30 days. Provide
support for new drivers, encourage them to own their rides, answer questions and promote positive
dialogue. Work with other mentors and the Lyft HQ team to brainstorm new ways for driver community
engagement.
