My duties were to take care of patients that are in treatment and to assist them in their daily activities and

to make sure that they don’t harm themselves or others. Also I do room searches and head count and

security checks to make sure that all patients are safe on the premises. And I also do one on one with the

clients and suicide checks every 15 minutes.

My duties were to manage 12 staff and made sure that staff took care of the individuals. Also I handled all

the fiscal reports, IHP Meetings, Quarterly Meetings, Monthly reports with the case managers, Staff

to make sure that their insurance was up to date. And I ran two group homes.
