Job Responsibilities:-

Captive Power Plant :-

Electrical maintenance head for 45 MW Diesel Power Plant having 4x7.5 MW Wartsila Engines

with 9MVA AVK Alternator and 4x4.4 MW Caterpillar Engines with 5MVA L.S.Alternator.

Operation and maintenance of the entire plant including Lube oil separators, radiator fans,

ventilation system, fuel treatment system, compressed air system,12 outgoing feeders,etc.

Planning,Scheduling and conducting preventive maintenance and attending breakdown

maintenance as and when required.

Trouble shooting, spare parts management and coordinating with load centre for uninterrupted

supply and handling emergency situations.

Water Treatment Plant and Pumping stations:-

Operation and maintenance of Deep Bore wells with submersible pumps of 265 KW Plueger and

K.S.B.Pumps with separate power sources.

Complete In charge for Operation and maintenance for entire WTP with good leadership

qualities and ability for team work.

Erection of power transformers, Electrical panels, installation of cable trays, pulling cables,

termination of cables, earthen etc.

Man power handling of various types of workers having different nationality and language.

Trouble shooting of Cummins Diesel Engines, Motor Control panels, Dosing stations, various

Pneumatic & Electric Actuator valves, etc.

Maintenance of various motor starters and speed controllers up to 280 KW.

Local Purchase and Co-ordination with various vendors, suppliers and servicing companies for

spare parts and emergency service.

Plastic Injection Molding Industry.

capacity up to 350 m /hr along with K.S.B.Arabia Ltd. Riyadh, K.S.A.

Calibration, testing and commissioning of various measuring devices by Endrauss & Hausser Ltd,
