catering establishment . Renaissance holding Sulthan Qaboos University

twenty two years in Oman . Royal Guard of Oman military projects( His

Work responsibilities in Renaissance

The Unit Catering Manager will be responsible for data entry, account payable,

payroll,grant report entry,managing the organisations HR. Helping and

creating organizational and programs budgets collaboration with the ED and

programe Direct and other misc.tasks.

Working with the management team, the position also contributes to the

development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and

practices . The position will also interact with the Board of Directors.

1.Unit Catering Manager is the entire responsible for the whole the operations

each of the projects of the company. I have worked in Renaissance industrial

services Dyncorp projects as an catering manger, 30 staffs are worked under

my projects from various countries.

2.Unit Catering Manager is renposible for target oriented business, menu

planning, yearly budgeting, staffs salary incriments,over all managing

accounts checkings, bill payments, suppliers credit bill payments .

3.Determine staffs requirements & recruitments, staffs training, staffs

scheduling, staffs motivating, staff briefing, performance evaluations .

4. Banquets functions undertaking for extra income for the projects.

5. Always ensuring the quality of standards as per the rules of HACCP & ISO.

6. Time to time visiting and ensuring the standard of the projects

& checking the files and, purchases of each locations and ensuring the

company policies of standards.
