manager to be approachable and amenable, always fair in appraisals and

comprehensive in work tasking."

Paul Keates, Reprographics Planner, Ashford Colour Press Ltd (colleague)

"I've found Clive to be a polite and respectful individual whenever he'd

call up. I knew he'd exhausted every solution available to him prior to

requesting assistance and his attitude towards problems has always been

very positive, despite how irritating some could be!

Clive always followed the advice provided to the word and reported back on

any outcome he faced, whether good or bad in a suitably detailed fashion.

Once the problem had been resolved, he'd keep a record of the problem and

solution so as to fix it himself the next time it came up, should it happen

again.

I couldn't say a bad thing about him, excellent client and top bloke!"
