• Specializing in marital/divorce counseling, forensic work, and mental health evaluations including:

immigration, child custody, substance abuse, and high conflict divorces. Given numerous speeches

on these topics.

• Experience in working with substance abusers and other addictions; anxiety/depression; phobias;

CBT; dual diagnoses with major mental illnesses; counseling victims with sexual, physical/assault,

and emotional abuse; adult children of alcoholics and other dysfunctional families; infidelity;

parenting issues; counseling victims of Post-traumatic Stress Disorders (P.T.S.D.) along with their

families; and other traumas. Also help clients making other major decisions and transitions in their

lives.

• Contract work with various home health-care agencies and medical social work both in-patient and

out-patient, plus provided case management with various diagnoses.

Cooperative Parenting Solutions (Houston, TX) 1997 to Present

• Developed and Co-Founded this program with Sondra Kaplan, LCSW. A Co-Parenting Program for

Collaborative and High Conflict Divorces serving parents, children and other participants involved

in the family system of divorce.

• Established a program that interfaced between the court system, families, the legal system, as well as

the community to serve as an educational means to help families going through the many transitions

of divorce.

• Served as Child Psychotherapist Specialist.

• Formulated a program helping children and teenagers to a have their own opinion or voice.
