Quotation Preparation/Customer Service – Promoted to Customer Service Mgr/Sales/Purchasing

- Receive the service call request from the corporate office for various retail locations

throughout the United States and Canada

- Enter the services requested into the computer system and locate an electrical

technician in that service zone.

- Once the technician is located, then schedule with the retail location and the service

technician for the earliest time.

- Research all of the electrical materials needed via Internet and catalogs. Cross

reference different manufactures for competitive prices

- Request prices from various distributors for the material needed per service call to

complete the finial quote to the customer.

- Review and Preparation of the final quotation for the customers

- Daily follow up reports for the customers on all of their open work orders
