Director responsible for the delivery of clients requirements on specific projects with
emphasis on quality, cost control and customer satisfaction. Management, training and
recruitment of staff. Forward forecasting of workload, fee bidding and resource
requirement. Marketing and promotion of the company in sectors outside the regular
work stream to enable diversification. Expansion of the company’s office base, including
establishing of the Sheffield office in 2010 and recently the formation of the London
office, acquisition of staff and office space, equipment and successfully bidding three
projects to get the office off the ground and provide security for the staff and
springboard for future work.
In the past year I have secured over £300K in fee income and expanded the portfolio of
clients to include Network Rail, Manchester Metropolitan University, Sheffield
University, Doncaster and Bassetlaw NHS Trust, Doncaster Metropolitan Borough
Council, and the retention of existing clients. Still hands on as a lead design Engineer to
