Finished and graduated as a certified firefighter. In two different career fields, started from the bottom and worked up to management. Now with more than two years of management experience.

Liquor Manager Sep 2009 to Jun 2012 Safeway - Kingman, Arizona Starting here in safeway in 2009, started out as a courtesy clerk during that time. Tried to learn and get to know as much as I possibly could. I became a check out clerk quickly after being hired on. Soon after I asked to do closing shifts so i could learn more about the operations and getting my hands on. I wanted to prove to my managers I could take on more responsibilities. Once i saw the opening position for a management position I took it as a liquor manger. In this job I really started building customer relationships and knowing what exactly people where coming in for and making sure customers had there product when they needed it.

Team leader Jun 2012 American Woodmark Corporation - Kingman, AZ At my time working at AWC i came in not knowing a thing about what goes on there i started out as an off line tech working on cabinets making them customer satisfactory also during this time i looked up to my managers and looked at what they were doing and possibly how i could have made there decision better for the cell to have a better outcome for 6 months i did this and it really caught the eyes of allot of people in the plant them seeing this they had come to a decision and asked if i would like to manage my own cell I took the opportunity and I am glad I did I have learned a lot about people and how to make fast decisions under pressure while it being the best possible outcome.
