Internships

2010 - August 2010]

. As part of Dr. David Wu's research group worked to map the genomes of

bacteria capable of converting cellulosic substrates into ethanol for

purposes of bio-fuel.

. Responsible for cloning, transferring, and replicating assigned genes

into bacterial colonies in order to identify binding through

electrophoretic mobility shift assay.

. Presented results on monthly basis to entire lab group for discussion.
