PROFILE Property manager/on-site property supervisor. Monitored all internal and external

building operations, which included supervising the indoctrination and training

of the entire building staff consisting of doormen, janitors and garage attendants.

Initiated a training program, which resulted in the employee becoming more

service-orientated and developing a stronger positive attitude. Each employee was

evaluated monthly, at which time other work-related issues were discussed.

During the last thirteen years, since 9/11, a great deal of emphasis was placed on
