Door Greeter- Greet customers with the 10 ft rule, place tickets on returns, give customers directions if needed, assist with carry outs as needed, assist customers getting electric wheel chairs, verified items were bought for Asset Protection and not stolen, clean doorways of any debris and give carts to customers.

Cash Office- Reconcile and balance the room to smart system, download teller mate to smart system for each register, input checks for deposits, rolled change, reset bags for registers, verify change orders from the bank, put deposits in smart system, log all loans made to registers and rebalance room when all done for the closing of the day.

Customer Service Supervisor- look up lost receipts for customers, evaluate cashiers, place cashiers at registers, make sure all breaks and lunches are taken, pull registers and reset before Midnight, Audit cashiers with Teller mate, run Money Center and Service desk as needed, assist asset protection when needed and also make a training receipt, push carts as needed, log any problems with registers for NCR

to fix, listen to customer complaints and relay to the department manager involved, assist managers that coach cashiers on attitude and absences for firing, reset modules on the front, zone the surrounding areas for cleanliness, maintain compliance with 15 cashiers, and train new cashiers and customer service supervisors.

Overnight Support Manager- delegate to employees where they will be working at (My Guide), make sure all freight is on the floor for the employees, make sure if there is any features on the floor that I assist the employee for the correct placement, watch attendance policy and procedures for the employees, do interviews for possible overnight stockers, do audits for overstock and enter in database for the weekly results, has discussions with employees about: attendance, overage of their times, attitude and being disrespectful to others or customers with the Assistant Manager there, make sure all the days freight is worked or binned at the end of the night, help up front with registers or customers returns or anything else needed for the front, assist in relaying any information that is pertinent to the Assistant Managers as in : freight not done or binned.
