It is my goal to obtain the position of clinical pharmacist. I have

assisted in the design and implementation of several clinical programs

during my employment at Memorial Hospital. The Clinical Pharmacist on the

Floor Project has been very beneficial to patient care and has been very

well received by physicians, having a high acceptance of pharmacy

recommendations.

Based on this success, I would like to further enhance patient care by

developing future programs as a clinical pharmacist. The accompanying

resume further details my clinical experience. Thank you for consideration

of my resume.

Sincerely,

William Patrick Johnson, Jr., Pharm. D.
