Director of Recruiting

Terremark is a $1.2 billion subsidiary of Verizon Communication Inc. I

joined Terremark as the Director of Recruiting to build recruiting,

contingent workforce and organizational growth strategies that would allow

for an anticipated 34% growth in revenues. Anticipated growth translated

into approximately 700 FTE hires and 300-400 contingent staff. Terremark

was purchased by Verizon Inc. in July 2011, position was moved to New

Jersey. Chose not to relocate.

customer focused organization responsible for the hiring needs on a

national basis.

. Designed and implemented Resource Management process to effectively

utilize internal and external consultants, resource scheduling,

to a team of 10 recruiters and 5 sourcing specialists. Increased per

7000+ employees and 475 branches across the U.S. I was hired to assist

Rexel with critical hiring needs and the design, development, and

implementation of a recruiting strategic plan and contingent workforce

strategy. Successfully established an organization responsible for sole

recruiting support of Rexel Corporate, as well as all 7 field divisions

(315 branches). During 2007 Rexel ($2.5B) acquired GE Supply ($2.5B).

. Spearheaded the consolidation and centralization of Rexel, Inc. and
