PROJECT

Completed a project entitled as “GPS BASED VOICE ENABLE GUIDING

SYSTEM FOR VISUALLY IMPAIRED PEOPLE” during my final year.

PROJECT DISCERPTION

Visually challenged people are unable to reach the desired place without the help of

others. In order to help these people guiding stick has been designed which uses

sensors to detect the obstacle.

To overcome this present situation a guiding system is proposed to be designed with a

voice enabled instruction system. It has been designed using IR sensors by a specially

designed circuit and multichannel voice recording system.

The GPS (Global Positioning System) based voice enabled guiding system is the

other important aspect of this work.
