Description: Pegasystems' Product Configuration Framework is built using

PegaRULES Process Commander . It is a horizontal solution that enables you

to define products (saleable commodities like insurance coverage and

services, or material objects like furniture) in terms of standard and

optional packages, components, subcomponents. It provides the capability to

rapidly develop, maintain, and uniquely deploy product (or service)

specifications in a controlled and consistent manner.

Product definitions along with the associated eligibility and pricing rules

can be packaged as the single, authoritative source for product

specifications throughout the organization - defining rules for process

automation, guiding application execution, and specifying manual rules and

procedures. This flexible approach to product componentization and

packaging promotes standardization and re-use and enables new products and

packages to be rapidly defined or cloned from existing ones.

. Took complete ownership of upgrading and enhancing legacy PCF

framework using PEGA7 features which can be used by the vertical

solutions frameworks for their product configuration need.

Description: The Financial Services Industry Foundation (FSIF) provides a

set of common assets on which a Financial Services application can be

Description:

The Chordiant Disputes and Fraud Module provides credit card organizations

and banking institutions

with the rules, services, and interfaces necessary to capture and assess a

customer dispute or fraud claim.

A dispute occurs when a card organization receives a customer complaint

concerning a possibly erroneous charge transaction. A charge may be deemed

erroneous for many reasons, including duplicate transactions and merchant

overcharges, but is defined as a dispute when the customer participated in

the transaction .If the customer is not involved in the transaction at all

then its classified as Fraud. DMFM is an application built on CCABE(Call

center agent business environment) facilitated with rich CRM features,

where a call center agent upon receiving the call from the customer can

verify the customer details and start capturing the dispute process. The

system will validate the answers given by the customer by running the

appropriate business rules.

Responsibilities:

. Active participation in Design discussions, deciding upon complex

product scenarios.

. Worked 1.5 years with Capital One client of DMFM to implement Capital

One requirements and delivering and deploying the code in Production

environment with Onsite coordinator.
