RECENT OIL AND GAS EXPERIENCE.

July 2013 - December 2013

As the Senior Geologist for an registered Plano operator, I provided geo-

technical advice to investors and staff for a Haskell County prospect and a

Lea County, NM deep Ellenburger prospect located in the Permian Basin.

August 2011 - July 2013

Research and provide technically accurate data for a 50,000 acre region in

West Texas, (Floyd, Motley, Lubbock, Crosby Counties, TX - TRRC District

7b) for an active Texas operator.

Provide geological knowledge, mapping, mud/e-log evaluation and field

(completion) experience in the eastern shelf region of West Texas, (Runnels

County, TX - TRRC District 7b) for an active Texas operator. To date, four

wells have been drilled on their lease. Cumulative oil production is

approximately 10000 Barrels of oil (BO), and 10 million cubic feet of

natural gas (MMCFG). Provided over $400,000 in working capital from

accredited investors.

April - July 2011

Provided well log evaluation/analysis for approximately 50 oil/gas wells in

the Forest City Basin, Jefferson County, NE Kansas for an active Kansas

operator. The evaluation/analysis determined at least 5 PUDS (drillable

locations). A public Canadian company has committed $1.75 million to

further develop an area of mutual interest (AMI) based on the

evaluation/analysis.

May - June 2011

Provided a Basin study of a mature oil field circa (1940) located in NW New

Mexico for an active Texas operator. This study included isopach mapping

(using IHS-PETRA) software, decline curve evaluation, well log analysis,

and historical production examination lo determine the feasibility of

further exploiting this 'tight" sand. The operator has chosen to further

develop their area of interest. AFE approximately $5 million.

October - November 2010

Developed a prospect offsetting gas production on a 340 acre lease in Jack

Co., Texas. The Texas operator chose not to proceed based on

evaluation/analysis and local marginal gas production, lease burdens, and

marketable gas price.

Well Site Geologist

Responsible for well site and field operations on 300+ wells. Basins

include the Arkoma, Anadarko in Oklahoma, North Central Texas, and Kansas.

Assessed well site production potential and made recommendations to

management based on well site evaluations.
