Responsibilities include schedule interface with design engineer, all site construction

scheduling during the erection of two 501F CT’s, HRSG, and refurbishment of existing

steam turbines, and Construction Turnover Coordinator with Start-Up team. Additional

responsibilities include developing; maintaining and issuing the project schedule utilizing P3

(3.0), facilitate the weekly construction superintendents meeting, weekly subcontractor’s

meeting, and Monthly Project Review meeting with Owner. On this particular assignment I

was tasked with the responsibility of assembling, coordinating, and submitting the bid

package for the HRSG chemical clean and steam blow and on several occasions conducted

the pre-mobilization meeting with subcontractors. Other duties I am responsible for include

project percent complete, cash flow, productivity, and craft manpower reporting. Supervise

(2.0b). Responsibilities include interfacing with the Clients, Technology Design Firm, and

Constructor to develop and status the project schedule. Further responsibilities include the

development of a resource loaded CPM Schedule, Milestone Matrix, and Two Week Look-

Ahead schedule for weekly team meetings. Additional EPC project scheduling

responsibilities for BASF, Dow Chemical, and Merck Projects routinely applying Value

Engineering. Contracting Strategy, and Constructability Involvement. Engage as facilitator

for Inter-Active Planning Sessions (IAP) with Clients at the project kick-off meetings.
