Internet Technical Support Representative L2- In this position I was instructed to provide DSL internet
technical support for multiple Internet Service Providers across the USA. I was able to obtain a
leadership role as a level II technician within a year after training. I also provided exceptional customer
service skills and eventually found that I was able to type over 70 WPM while assisting other
representatives on their calls. Also assisted customers daily with various email issues as well as home
networking obstacles.

Veterinary Technician/Receptionist- During my employment at the vet clinic I managed every day
filing, appointments, and client needs. In addition I prepared the surgery packs, examination rooms,
boarding kennels, and administered medications as instructed. What I enjoyed most about this position
was assisting the doctor during surgeries and exams.

I graduated Bryan High with a diploma. I studied Basics as well as Animal Science and Equine
Science.
Healing Handz Massage Academy 2005
I completed all necessary courses in Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage Therapy to become a licensed
Massage Therapist. I am not currently practicing this as I have not renewed this license.
