Assessed and resolved customers’ and Cisco systems’ employees inquiries in three languages (English,
Spanish and Portuguese).
Ensured that customer’s contracts belonging to the Logistics department at Cisco Systems were being

Improving Wayfinding System at IWK Health Centre, Halifax, NS September 2012 to April 2013
Worked in a team of industrial engineering students. Applied Lean Six Sigma process improvement
methodology to improve the wayfinding and signage system at the hospital.
Conducted different data collection methods such as time experiments, traffic flow observation and
surveys in order to obtain qualitative data to analyze the current performance of the system and identify
the most critical wayfinding problems.
Prioritize most critical problems due to time constraint of the project.
Provided solutions and recommendations based on the analysis of the data collected to improve the
wayfinding system such as creating a sign database system for more efficient sign management .
