Communications Manager, National Concrete Masonry Association (NCMA) 2/2005 – 2/2007
NCMA is an association of producers of concrete masonry products, and suppliers of products and services related
to the industry. NCMA offers a variety of technical services and design aids through publications, computer
programs, slide presentations and technical training. Under the direction of the vice president of marketing,
responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating media and methods to improve the delivery of membership
communications and to assist in expanding the market for concrete masonry. This function included not only
management of publications schedules for magazines and publicity brochures, but also the financial management of
all member communications projects. Duties and responsibilities included, but were not limited to:
• In charge of managing and maintaining consistent and attractive graphic designs for NCMA printed
promotional materials.

primary association markets: commercial, residential, and hardscapes.
