social studies.

November 2013 to Present Dunkin Donuts: Bronx, New York

I work part-time at a nearby Dunkin Donuts outlet as an assistant and help with the daily

operations of the store including handling the cash register, dealing with customer orders,

preparing the meals.

November 2013 to Present Parent Teacher Conferences: New York

I have interpreted for immigrant parents who don’t speak English well and have children

studying in public schools in the New York metro area.

November 2013 to Present Political Asylum Hearings: New York

I have taken part in Asylum hearings conducted by Asylum Officers of the Bureau of

Immigration and Citizenship Services. I accompany the applicants who are advised to bring their

own interpreters.
