- Coordinate and facilitate tests, obtain governmental agencies approvals,
agencies like Department of Buildings, NYC Fire Department, and Department
of Environmental Protection.
- Review work performed to design intent, contract documents and compliance
with applicable standards and codes.
- Conduct Control Inspections, Progress and final Inspections required by
NYC DOB.
- Monitor third party special inspection agencies, review the findings and
facilitate corrective work to be performed to appropriate international and
local standards and codes, this includes pile installation, foundation,
structural steel, mechanical and plumbing.
- Provide NYC Construction Site Safety code interpretation to the site
