infrastructure for AT&T in its proposed acquisition of T-Mobile before the Federal Communications
Commission and the Department of Justice; managed and coordinated discovery for Major League Baseball
in a royalties distribution proceeding before the Copyright Arbitration Review Panel; created and
implemented the document review protocol for Aurora First Savings Bank, pursuant to a civil investigation
before the Department of Justice and the Missouri Attorney General; reviewed hot and privileged
