WORK EXPERIENCE
Enrollment Specialist
Opticare of Utah - Salt Lake City, UT - October 2013 to Present
Responsibilities
I am currently employed with Opticare of Utah, but I am seeking employment in Los Angeles because I'm
relocating to the Torrance/Redondo Beach area.
Opticare of Utah is a Vision Insurance company. We are a national carrier, and our primary chains for the State
of Utah include Standard Optical, America's Best, Vision Works, and Shopko Optical.
Accomplishments
When I began working for the Company, we were two weeks behind on enrollments. After I worked there for
two weeks, I was able catch us up entirely on our enrollments, and maintain that consistency.
Skills Used
I accomplished a great deal while working for Standard Optical. My primary responsibilities included the
following:
-Data Entry; processing enrollments for new groups. I am expected to make sure that every enrollments is
entered into our system in a timely manner. This is to ensure that our members can utilize their benefits
immediately.
-Providing plan information to members, providers, groups, and brokers.
-Communicating with all of our members, groups, and brokers in a timely manner to ensure that all of their
questions were answered.
Customer Service Representative
Zagg Inc. - Salt Lake City, UT - April 2013 to June 2013
Responsibilities
Zagg Corporate Office
Customer Service - April 2013-June 2013
My main responsibilities included providing exceptional customer service to all inquiring about warranty
replacements, and different products that we offered. My job also required a great deal of multi-tasking in
different systems that our company utilized. While taking inbound calls, I was also cross trained on processing
warranty replacements that we received via regular mail.
Self Pay Representative
Sutter Physician Services - Murray, UT - October 2012 to January 2013
I was responsible for providing superior customer service to our patient's, and ensuring that our contracted
insurance companies were paying their portion of our patient's claims. I was also responsible for establishing
payment plans with patient's who were delinquent on their account.
Accounts Receivable Representative
Northstar Alarm Services - Orem, UT - March 2010 to May 2012
Responsibilities
NorthStar Alarm Services
Accounts Receivable - March 2010-May 2012
In the Accounts Receivable Department, I was responsible for calling customer's with past due balances,
utilizing my communication skills to encourage customers to set up payment plans. I was also cross-trained
so that I was able to answer inbound ‘overflow calls' for our Customer Care Department. Essentially, I did
the following:
* Calculated final-invoices for those customers who were 30, 90 or 120 days, or past that mark.
* Before internally transferring to the Accounts Receivable Team, I worked as a Quality Assurance
