included, keeping all employees working in a safe and secure environment, inspections
in-store and outside property surroundings, opening and clos ing store, and sending
EBITDA sheets to supervisor on a weekly and monthly basis. Provided guidance to
explain a P&L Sheet and trained Assistant Managers of duties and responsibilities.
Expressed and showed by example, the importance of keeping Food and Labor (F&L) to
the goals set for store to stay in good company business standards.

Responsible for opening and closing store, procurement of all cash, deposits, retrieving
bank deposit slips, getting change for tills (when needed), store produce ordering,
interviewing, hiring /firing, training, keeping all employees working in a safe and se cure
environment, plus property inspections.
1996-2000:
McDonald's (Franchisee) - Assistant Manager
Responsible for opening and closing store, procurement for all cash, deposits and
retrieving bank deposit slips, food ordering, interviewing, recommended for hiring, write-
ups, keeping employees working in a safe and secure environment.
1986-1996:
Queen Anne's Co. Sanitary District- Utilities Tech II
Worked in all departments of water and sewer treatment facilities (except for
maintenance), carried a CDL B License for a vacuum truck with tanker and Haz Mat
Endorsement. Recorded all meter readings, tested all samples needed in water and
wasterwater treatment facilities for EPA requirements, rebuilt vacuum valves and
controllers for wastewater collection valve pits (manholes) in field, provided on-call
emergency services when necessary.
