Diagnostic Diesel Mechanic
Heavy CAT specific mechanic, Responsible for repair and maintenance of heavy haul fleet of 789B, and
789 water truck, 793B,C,& D series. Along with the heavy earth, moving support includes but not limited
to D11, D10N, R, &T, Graders 16H & 24Hseries.etc. In Apr 2010 started working with Shovel/Drill
division working on the Atlas Copco PV271 and PV 351 series hydraulic drills. BE electric drills and
Terex 3400 hydraulic shovels. Promoted to Drill Diagnostic Mechanic Feb 2011. Became a fill in
supervisor for Shovel & Drill division since Jan 2013 where with the use of SAP order parts, create work
orders etc.
Wyoming Machinery: Gillette, WY (Feb 2008 to May 2008)
CAT field mechanic on heavy mine hull and support equipment. Equipment that I worked with mostly
CAT D10R, 954F, 690C Tiger, 375C excavators, 793 B,&C, 797B heavy haul, 631,and 657G scrapers.
Graders 140H, M, 16H 24H, M series. Boom and Shipper shaft repair and removal on the 4100B shovels.
Also worked on the Kamatsu 980E, Liebeber T282B, Pay hauler electric hauls. After only three months
had the second home that I was renting in WY sold out from under my family. I decided to resign due to
the housing issues in the state and return to the southwest.
Hettinger Welding Gillette WY (Oct2007 to Feb2008)
Contracted mechanic to maintain remote fleet in SW WY. Responsibilities included bringing company
into DOT compliance, maintain accurate unit inspection and repair reports. Maintain approx 200 pieces of
heavy CAT and Kamatsu earth moving equipment in the gas fields in a 150mile radius. Equipment ranged
657G scrapers, D10R blades, 16H graders, PC200-6/7, PC300-5, 6, 7 series excavators

HEAVY EQUIPMENT FIELD MECHANIC
Recruited from Pennsylvania to work as a CAT specific field mechanic for a multi-state company.
Company keeps all mechanics at CAT mechanic level of training by having its own training center with
certified CAT trainers. Job responsibilities are that of any field mechanic in a vast rental fleet. Working
without supervision repair equipment to almost as new standards to maintain a peak equipment
performance. Responsible for ordering our own parts through internet patch. Quality Control inspector for
all equipment to ensure that all repairs were completed correctly.
Cavan Concrete Construction Inc. Aston, PA (Feb 2006 to Jan 2007)
SHOP SUPERVISOR/ROAD MECHANIC
Responsibilities include but not limited to ordering and tracking of purchase orders for parts for
equipment repair. Maintain DOT logs and all PENDOT inspections for a fleet of over 130 trucks and
Heavy equipment. Implemented the change of ordering parts would be charged to each piece of
equipment instead of being charged to stock. With the use of the Tool Watch, software maintained a strict
maintenance schedule on all equipment and company vehicles. Supervise, Advise, Assign work to
mechanics in shop, and dispatch Road mechanic as needed to any problems in field. Answer foreman
questions with machine problems and schedule in shop repairs as needed to limit loss of work time.

HEAVY EQUIPMENT FIELD MECHANIC
Field mechanic for stone quarry and heavy site dirt and paving operations for a medium size operation.
Equipment includes but not limited to R-35's, R-45's and Kamatsu 320-6 Haul Trucks. Loaders include
but not limited to VME L190, 320, 330 series, and Kamatsu 250, 450 series. Track machines include PC
150 -4/5, PC200-6/8, PC 300-6, D-66 track loaders, Dozer include D-32, 37, 39. 65 165XP.Pavers Cedar
Rapids, Cat, Roadtecs. Duties include but not limited to the trouble shoot and repair of the above
equipment and include class 8 vehicles. Duties also include the fabrication and welding of frames, blades,
and buckets.

more cost efficiently. Duties also include fabrication, grinding, welding and finish work. Field installation

equipment manufacturer (OEM) or new engineering standards. Operate 60- ton bridge crane.
