Responsibility: Conduct initial interview. Train on Soft skills that include Communication, etiquette, Manners, behaviors,

MNC culture and professional skills to professionals (freshers and experienced).

Job Description: Conduct class room training and support on the following topics.

• English Grammar (Parts of speech, Sentence structure, Tenses, Degrees of comparison, Articles, Direct & Indirect Speech,

Active & Passive voice) Question tags, vowel & consonant sounds, phonetics & Indianism.

• Communication skills, listening skills, Interpersonal skills, Presentations & Etiquette (Mail, Business)

• 3 V's of communication, 5 aspects of voice power, KISS rule & Jaw exercise for effective communication.

• Personality Development (Positive attitude, confidence & assertiveness), body language and professionalism.

• Telephone etiquette (Open call, Body of the call & Close the call) Hold procedure and Transfer procedure.

with the new updates. Extract the new changes for all the products and the product components with the respective model

and its version using web tool and details.

• Create and update the new entries for EMEA region, Check and BLACKBOX test the configuration with Updates and its

related subassemblies. Upload the file and Release in the worldwide share drive to proceed.

• Create an ECO for the updates and acknowledge. Introduce the new Components and their relations in GPG. Create SKUs

for all localizations and Item number with respective SCM rules.

• Load the Configurations in ERP, follow the procedure and complete the configurations (SKU).

• Run the updated components. Crosscheck the newly added updates in SAP and other web tools. Once the order is Clean

and set in SAP, acknowledge to the customers and factories.

Individual Contribution: Work with WW costing team to update the cost for parts of the product and clear the order for

customer. Update records for future reference. Prepare MOMs and update the team.

Additional Responsibilities: Attend Customer Calls (Internal clients) on weekly basis for process updates or any new

product introduction regarding the process. Timely updates and proper use of SOPs.
