receiving, final inspection of small to medium sized machined parts and
(AWS D1.1) welding and final welded assemblies, and extensive and daily
workings with sub assemblies and final assemblies of precision machined,
welding, and assembled products. Receiving inspection of purchase order
contracts, manufacture routers, Blue Print and contracted technical
specifications. Acceptance inspection to quality of products machined and
received, quality of Sub and Final Assemblies as contracted for all final
dimensions and tests, finishes, assembly of all hardware (pins, rivets and
nuts/bolts), and all material certification, finish certifications,
receiving, in process and final inspection documents.
Skilled in various manual, electronic and computer measurement and testing
equipment/devices, daily computer experience with MS Word documents,
Mechanical Surface Plate set-up experience with ASME Y14.5 requirements.
