Professional Experience
Jan 1993 to Mar 2010 Product Assembler, New United Motors Manufacturing, Fremont, California
Operated production line machinery and computers. Responsible for troubleshooting production line machinery and
performing equipment changeovers. Handled quality control, made adjustments to produce product within specifications.
Utilized SMUDA and KAIZEN in each process and operated forklift to maintain material supply for production line. Completed
daily production logs and performed preventive maintenance on production line machinery. Extensive communication with
operators from other shifts; provided on-the-job training for new employees as well as general maintenance for work area and
equipment. Loaded stamped metal body components into automated welding equipment which welded product to form
body subassemblies. Positioned and fastened body subassemblies, side frames, underbodies, doors, hoods, truck lids to
assemble vehicle bodies and truck cabs in preparation for auto body welding process.
