o Responsible for design of parts in development and production engines, with the
extensive use of Computer Aided Design (CAD)
o Redesigned part and airfoil geometry to increase efficiency and produce-ability
o Incorporated and balanced needs of different organizational teams in new designs
o Represented Pratt &Whitney at produce-ability and manufacturing meetings with
suppliers across the country
o Presented trade study with engine customer on module efficiencies with .2%
engine efficiency increase.
o Attended “Investment Casting School” for engineers at Precision Cast Parts to
gain insight of the investment cast manufacturing process and apply knowledge to new
design.

o Supported design and analysis of major redesign of stators for vibratory and
manufacture-ability requirements
o Led Engineering Quality Improvement event and incorporated process changes to
reduce rework in engineering review process
