Experience
Private tutor, University of Dayton Sep, 2013~ Dec, 2013
Tutored Optical student in optics science subjects.
Web development Assistant, Education Department, University of Dayton Oct, 2012 ~ Apr, 2013
Developed Online Course on Isidore on Isidore course management system
Maintained professional and technical support for faculty and student through the educational
workshops.
Research Assistant, Electro-Optics Program, University of Dayton Sep, 2010~ Sep, 2013
Studied theoretical characteristics of the field distribution in Metal-Insulator-Metal (MIM) diode
structure. Performed the high optical response of the MIM structure when it is exposed in an
electromagnetic field and biased by DC and/or AC current.
Research Member, Electro-Optics Program, University of Dayton Jan, 2011~ May, 2012
Designed and fabricated multilayer TiO2/SiO2 AR-coating which performed high pass with more than
90% transmittance exhibited at a wavelength between 668 and 834 nm.
Fabricated and tested photo-detector on the mono-crystalline silicon wafer with standard CMOS
processes in the cleanroom environment.
Built a Broadband Erbium Fiber laser source in the range of 1450 nm to 1650 nm and a 1550 nm laser
amplifier. Performed a broadband emission from the Erbium gain medium in conjunction with a
stimulated emission process.
Measured the spectral, temporal, spatial and harmonic generation properties of two common lasers
(CW and Q-switch Nd: KGW lasers) and to determined their power efficiencies.
Teaching Assistant, Physics Department, University of Dayton Aug, 2011~ May, 2012
Taught and graded general introductory Physics lab.
Electronic Engineer, Shenyang Railways Bureau Changchun Ministry of Electric Affairs
Jul, 2009~ Aug, 2010
Successfully handled dozens of railway signal and turnout trouble from electronic signal department.
