approximately six weeks behind schedule. Initial assignment was to resolve issues, turn around projects, manage

client relationships (C-level) and transition to a new program manager; however, once assignment was complete

the client insisted that I remain through go-live. Turn around was completed in three weeks and all activities were

brought current. Responsible for four concurrent projects across the Australia and New Zealand geographies.

Provided implementation of SAP ECC and BI for these regions and enhanced the client’s global template to

include several advanced process models and leverage new functionality introduced post SAP R/3 4.6c. Managed

consolidated budget (MM $26) to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of solution.

• SAP Senior Program Manager: Mid-sized, regional food and food service distributor. Managed

concurrent SAP projects including ECC (including catch weight management), CRM, BW and WM.

Directed program activities to deliver incremental value-add, ensure consistent solution development,

technical infrastructure and hardware. Assisted functional teams in solutioning utilizing new ECC

features in EHP5. Managed consolidated budget (MM $15.6) to ensure on-time and on-budget

• SAP Wireless Implementation Senior Project Manager: Mid-sized pharmaceutical company seeking

to improve efficiency in manufacturing and distribution operations within its US based facilities.

Delivered SAP EWM, WM and wireless technology using SAP WebConsole, e-Pedigree, LIMS

integration and RFID ready solution using SAP R/3. Managed a team comprised of eight consultants

and nine client personnel. Worked closely with members of EPC Global to ensure design would

support pending FDA regulatory requirements. Coordinated concurrent activities in Philadelphia,

Baltimore and Cincinnati; including process redesign, system prototyping and configuration, hardware

undergoing rapid growth and expansion in the United States. Responsible for analysis of current
