(P6) for 4800 MW thermal power plant including all BTG & BOP area.

< Post contract schedule management, construction delay analysis by using

window analysis and time Impact analysis method and claim settlement.

< Compliance of contractors master and delivery schedules with master plan

and critical path. Recommends action to mitigate any deviation from

master plan.

< Coordinate work with all disciplines such as civil, mechanical,

electrical, commissioning etc. and trouble shooting of onsite problems.

Plant as Assistant General Manager (Planning).

external works (railway siding, water intake system etc.) located at

Responsibilities:

< Responsible for planning, scheduling and preparation of complete L3 level

baseline schedule using Primavera (P6) for 2 no. (1350X2) MW Thermal

Power Plants Located at Amravati & Nasik. Maharashtra, India.

< Monitoring the progress of projects and comparing it with baseline

schedule, prompting for delays and initiating catch-up Plan.

< Organizing and controlling the material procurement schedule, expediting

the procurement of materials which are required on an urgent basis.

< Generating MIS, weekly / monthly progress reports.

enabling works for 4000 MW Thermal Power Plant at Sasan, (MP), including

engineering coordination with various external agencies.

Responsibilities:

< Responsible for planning & finalizing the construction methodology.

< Managing the resource for all activities with Primavera Project Planner

version 6.1 and preparing master schedule (baseline schedule) in

coordination with all internal & external agencies.

< Monitoring projects with baseline, prompting for delays and initiating

recovery programs.

< Forecasting the resources required for catch-up plan whenever necessary.
