Educational Qualification Bachelor of Science from Andhra University, in the

Year 1978 with 58% of marks, with Physics,

Chemistry and Mathematics.

Experience More than 32 years Practical Experience in the

field of Paper Making on the Shop - Floor.

Thorough knowledge of Pulp Mill, Stock Preparation

and Paper Machine based mainly on agricultural

residues as well as re-cycled fibre mostly in Kraft

Paper Mills.

Having knowledge of Raw- material Cookings -

Washing, Bleaching, Beating of different grade rags

and waste paper pulping. Practical Knowledge of

running M.G./ M.F. Paper Machine both Fourdinier

and Cylinder Mould independently, along with stock

preparation in Indian as well as imported

machineries. Knowledge of production and Manpower

planning, preventive maintenance of Paper machine

and other Equipments, to keep the plant in day to

day smooth operation. Knowledge of Pulp and Paper

costing and Quality Control.

Thorough Practical Knowledge of Erection and

commissioning of Paper Machine and Pulp Mill

equipments.

Ltd., near Aurangabad as a Supervisor in Pulp Mill

Printing and Kraft Paper based mainly on

Agricultural Residues.

2 years Worked in Shiva Paper Mills Ltd., at Rampur

(Uttar Pradesh), as a Shift in charge in Pulp Mill

Manufacturing, Writing, Printing, and other

specialty papers based mainly on Agricultural

Residues and Secondary Fiber.

Maker. I was looking After Production Programme,

Despatch Schedule, Day to Day Maintenance and

Smooth operation of Paper Machine and other

equipments of the entire plant in New Bombay.

Kisumu, Kenya, East Africa, as Plant Manager,

Manufacturing M.F. Kraft Paper based on Waste Paper

and Bagasse.

2 years employed in Solid Containers Ltd., Paper

Division, Kalyan (An Essel Group), Manufacturing

Duplex Board, Kraft and Other Specialty Papers on

Combined Machine mostly form Recycled Fibre.

5 years in M/s. Meenakshi Paper Mills at Hyderabad
