Internal Revenue Service (via ServiceSource, Inc.) October 2010-Present
Contracted to the Internal Revenue Service as a Mail Clerk II. Responsible for delivering accountable mail
(which includes, but is not limited to, certified envelopes, boxes and flat packages delivered via UPS, FedEx, etc.)
and tracking their delivery through the use of a handheld electronic device. Other duties include delivering
regular mail on one of five pre-set routes, processing and delivering courier mail mainly consisting of documents,
and occasionally delivering newspapers.
Department of Housing and Urban Development (via ServiceSource, Inc.) Nov. 2007-October 2010
Contracted to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to operate the HUD Locator, a
switchboard service containing names of employees, offices within the Department HQ and numbers to other
HUD offices within the United States. Responsible for transferring callers to other offices and/or people within
HUD Headquarters; when transfer is not appropriate, responsible for determining caller’s needs and locating
contact information to assist caller in resolving their issue. Additional duties include occasionally functioning in a
supervisory capacity at the Fairfax County Government Center Mailroom, overseeing the duties of five
individuals and tracking their work hours. Recently won a Service Excellence Award for work performed at
HUD.

Assistant to the Pastor: administrative tasks, maintenance of the parish LAN (CISCO and Netscape routers and
firewalls; cable broadband) and websites, troubleshooting network problem reports and handling all connectivity
issues; assisting with HTML coding tasks, maintenance of web files and researching for site content. Aiding with
weekly set-up for services, interacting with parishioners in an office setting and assisting parish staff as needed
with various administrative and technological tasks.

January 2007: As a sub-contractor, assisted with the corporate presence at the TRICARE medical conference in
Washington, DC. Attended conference and helped with PR, by bringing interested parties to the IMS booth while
portraying the corporate mascot.
November 2006: As a sub-contractor, served as a member of the NOC Team and general office assistant.
Removed IT equipment from the various proprietary networks (laptops, CISCO computerized telephones, PCs)
and moved them to new offices, re-establishing and trouble-shooting all network connections and verifying that
colleagues were able to return promptly to all necessary tasks. Assisted with installment of new software
packages. Also helped maintain the office environment through various tasks, assisting senior administrative
personnel and the company ITSEC officer to generally increase office efficiency.
