Advertising introduce products or services to audiences.

Advertising promotes features, benefits and advantages that are offered

to a wide market. Advertising can create a unique personality for a brand

which is the key to sparking customer's desire. This Project is basically a

exploratory one that is primarily intended at eliciting information on the

perception of customers towards ads of Reid and Taylor suiting.

Questionnaires are distributed among the target respondents and survey is

conducted. For clarifications and suggestions, the respondents are met

personally. According to the study the customers are completely aware of

the brand Reid & Taylor. The study reveals that Television has played a

major role in creating the brand awareness amongst the customer compared to

all other medium. Advertisements partially influence the purchasing

decision of the customers. The brand ambassador Mr. Amitabh Bachchan plays

an equal and important role in promoting the products of Reid & Taylor

Suiting.

The study has been done to ensure that it would help the marketing

manager and the Parent Company to increase its market share in the region

by advertising of its products by knowing the current perception of

consumers regarding the company advertisements.

Worked as Sales and Business development analyst in Hindustan Unilever

Limited (HUL).

Role and Responsibility: HUL is FMCG' - fast moving consumer goods. One

has to be very fast in building and developing sales for the company. As a

sales analyst I made sure to bridge the gap between the Distributor and

retailer by placing Kwality Walls freezers in vacant outlets, as well as

guaranteed that the orders placed by retailers are supplied uninterrupted

within the stipulated time so that sales is not bothered. Continuous supply

of orders not only help in picking up sales for the product, but also to

build good relationship with customers which in turn facilitate to create

and maintain good brand image for the product. The responsibility also

includes introducing new product and existing product to new and in hand

retailers in order to pull in new sales and also to sustain present sales

for the company.

Drive the company's objectives and sales area objectives in terms of

coverage, distribution and product availability. Strong understanding of

distribution process, constantly interaction with existing customers in

person, getting new distributors, mapping of geographical territory and

classification of outlets in terms of frequency of sales.

Manage distributors, guide them and teach them best practices in terms of

sales call, range selling, visibility and new product initiative.

Solid understanding of managing primary and secondary sales process,

visibility initiative, effective management of trade schemes, meeting sales

targets.

Promoting new products and special deals to meet the special sales like

motivating the distributors to achieve additional sales. Give clear

achieved )
