SELECT ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Managed the technology expansion of the voice/data infrastructure in seven locations on four
Hawaiian islands. Met with local contractors, reviewed scope and then scheduled the effort with
the local site staff. Equipment used included: Structured cabling, LAN rooms with router,
switches, servers, UPS systems, IP voice systems and Wireless networks.
Two 18,000 sq ft floor locations in a Pennsylvania location requiring a new network
infrastructure build out with connectivity between the two areas. This consisted of 80 cubes
and 20 offices on each floor, desktop equipment, wireless networks and phone system
integration with Enterprise WAN network. The Executive board rooms had video conferencing
functionality installed and tested.
All locations required site reviews consisting of Demarc room evaluations with the local carrier,
reviewing all pathways to our floor space and determining overall how IT ‘friendly’ the location
was for our project budget.

2013
IT Project Manager
Main interface between IT and Facilities departments for managing deployments in offices nationwide.
Managed the implementation of IT infrastructure for the US offices (40+).
Delivered the IT Services including voice/data connectivity, LAN rooms, Servers and desktop equipment.
Managed the migration plans for the office staff and supported the ‘GO LIVE’ event on site.
Communicated project status with all stake holders.

Emergency Communication Transformation Program at NYPD
2007 – 2008
Facilities Project Manager
The deployment of a new voice, data & LAN Infrastructure at the NYPS corporate site responsible for the new NYC E911
system.
Worked with various vendors on renovations for the floor space, installed a new cabling voice/data
distribution and upgraded the operator’s workstations.
Reduced capital exposure by managing the out of scope projects for validation of services and the audit
of each of these project expenditures.
Worked with client staff (NYPD) handling issues, escalations and maintaining weekly status meetings.
North Shore Health System (NSHS) (thru Eclipsys Corp)

Infrastructure Project Manager
Supported multiple NSHS Facilities sponsored projects for the Department of Facilities Services by
coordinating the various IT disciplines during the lifecycle of the project.
Significant direct interface with construction firms, engineers and architects to maintain the IT scope.
Maintained project plans, associated documentation and organized IT project teams.
Coordinated the Wireless network deployment, TV Units, Overhead paging system and other vendors
needing access to our cable infrastructure.

Coordinated the re-engineering of the Customer Care Center including desktop support, LAN/WAN,
Telecom and Data Center issues.

2003
Desktop Coordinator
Part of the ’60 Wall Street Relocation Project’ in the IMAC department managing move projects from various
Deutsche Bank locations to the new corporate Wall Street site.
Worked with the local business unit for each scheduled department managing their desktop strategy.
Interfaced with the other Deutsche Bank IT areas covering voice/data connectivity, Legacy applications
and Service Desk coverage.
Supported the department post-move to ensure SLA were being followed by all vendors.

Lead the evaluation/installation of systems, services and technologies (prototyping hardware, software
and services, testing alternative offerings and designs) and providing a direct link with the Operations Center .
Defined, tracked and managed the Trade Monitor notification component of the website. This new
function was illustrated in the March 2001 BARON’S REVIEW edition.
