Description :The RTO project is,existing operations of Entergy Electric System will join the

Midwest Independent System Operator (MISO), and will cease to operate as a standalone

Control Area within FERC.The existing Entergy footprint is expected to enter MISO as two

Local Balancing Authorities: Entergy Arkansas, Inc. (EAI) and Entergy Electric System

(EES).The existing Transmission Apps GIA, ARS and TSB to accommodate to separate EAI

from EES as an LBA and join to MISO. GIA is a Desktop application with UI in VB6 and

ORACLE as a back end database. GIA is used by SOC operator to monitor Generators which

are in GIA agreement.

Responsibilities:

• Review Business requirements, Technical Requirements and create test cases.

• Create Test strategy, Test Plans, and Requirements Traceability Matrix

• Test case execution and defect management in Quality Center & QTP.

• Creating and executing the SQL scripts to test the backend data validation.

• Participate in functional, regression and User Acceptance Testing.

• Prepare status reports, monitor deployment readiness and report to Project

Manager.
