DUTIES: I work a 5am -3pm schedule. We have 10 Charmilles 330 machines and 3 new Charmilles 440 machines. We make dies and calibration systems for new and existing Vinyl window profiles as well as Decking and Fencing. I am tasked with keeping these machines running daily. I indicate parts, download/edit code, as well as maintenance all machines. I do various maintenance duties to include changing filters, rebuilding heads, rebuilding drive shafts, changing belts and contacts etc.. I also prepare machines for unattended time, ie. pre-set next jobs, make sure machine have plenty of wire, water, good code and do daily logs of all work performed.
