Main goal was to identify key target genes for PDEF an ets transcription factor in renal cancer
cell line and conditional knockout mice.
Performed histology examinations on PDEF deficient mice to detail key pathology
characteristics.
Researched the effects of drugs Maprotiline and Gemcitabine on tumor growth and
proliferation on human breast cancer cell line and transgenic mouse models.
