Related Work Experience
2012-2013. Worked as a Research Assistant in the Department of Radiology and Radiological sciences
where I was in to project which is a prospective study in the Assessment of the Effectiveness of
Diagnostic Breast Imaging Systems in Differentiation of Cysts and Solid Masses: Where I used to
understand the study related documents such as Protocol and SAP. Used SAS for generating tables,
listings and derived datasets using proc various procedure and also used SAS ODS in the generation of
outputs in required formats like RTF, PDF, and HTML etc. Fluent with the applied aspects pertaining to
SAS Programming using SAS/Base, SAS/Access, Macro, SQL, SAS/Connect, SAS/Enterprise Guide,
SAS/Stat & SAS/Graph, Data mining and Research using complex datasets.
2012-2013. worked with SODEXO for the department of Dietetic Services in the MUSC Hospital.
Successfully completed Occupational Safety And Health Administration (OSHA) training.
Working on a thesis project on the topic “Retrospective study of Prenatal Medications used in different
modes of delivery in pregnant women under Maternal therapy and to avoid low birth weight in
infants under Neonatal diagnosis”. Building retrospective data by looking at the PINS data set,
followed by simple analysis. My MUSC mentor for this project is Dr. Lydia King, and my advisory
committee includes Dr. Thomas C. Hulsey and Dr. Daniel Lackland.
2011-2012. Successfully trained in Clinical SAS which made me expertise in Base SAS, SAS/Macros,
SAS/STAT, SAS/ACCESS, SAS/GRAPH, SAS/ODS, SAS/SHARE, SAS/CONNECT, SAS Enterprise
Guide and SAS SQL.
2010-2011. Undergone industrial training at Krebs Biochemicals and Pharmaceuticals, Ltd. and
completed a project titled “Quality Control”.
Completed a training module on “BASIC PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT AND HANDLING OF
INSTRUMENTS & APPLICATIONS” and “QUALITY ASSURANCE” at KREBS BIOCHEMICAL LABS.
