of Medical and Pharmacy schools and selling the Kaplan brand

o Coordinated with KTP supervisors and numerous campus representatives to determine class locations and

arrange teaching resources

o Presented linguistically- and culturally-sensitive information on oral health, related infections, and

nutrition to promotoras from the Pueblo Kichwa with other undergraduates and UCSF medical students

o Collected data forms, analyzed and recorded data, and compared data with previous years’ to find patterns

all in the field

o Successfully pursued medical and dental supply donations from multiple organizations on behalf of the

Project and oversaw and documented their distribution in the field

o Manage project’s webpage, keeping an up-to-date account of community updates, group travel

information, and oral health news

o Presented on the effects and putative causes of tooth decay in the developing world to UC Berkeley pre-

med student group, MEDlife, and facilitated a discussion on the inclusion of tooth decay among global medical

emergencies
