PROJECT & SEMINAR EXPERIENCE
Major Project : Wireless Power Theft Detector.
Electricity theft is a social evil, so it has to be completely eliminated. Power Consumption
and losses have to be closely monitored so that the generated power is utilized in a most
efficient manner. The system prevents the illegal usage of electricity. This project proposed
to design a circuit which detects the power theft and will buzz the buzzer and display on
the LCD screen. In our system the microcontroller (ATMEGA 16) is a decision making
component which is used to control and interface indicative devices, which are LCD and
Buzzer. We have used EAGLE Software and WINAVR Software. The EAGLE Software
contains a schematic editor, for designing circuit diagrams. WINAVR Software used to
dump the necessary programmes in microcontroller. The coding is done in C programming
language. The need of these programs is to interface LCD.
Mini Project: Automatic room light controller with Bidirectional visitor counter.
The Project “Automatic Room Light Controller with Visitor Counter using Microcontroller
(AT89S52) is a reliable circuit that takes over the task of controlling the room lights as
well us counting number of persons/ visitors in the room very accurately. When somebody
enters into the room then the counter is incremented by one and the light in the room will
be switched ON and when any one leaves the room then the counter is decremented by one.
The light will be only switched OFF until all the persons in the room go out. The total
number of persons inside the room is also displayed on the seven segment displays.
Seminar: Routing Protocol In 3G Network.
"3G" is a broad category of standards and services around "broadband" mobile wireless
voice and data. A routing protocol is a protocol that specifies how routers communicate
with each other, disseminating information that enables them to select routes between any
two nodes on a computer network, the choice of the route being done by routing
algorithms. One of the most popular dynamic routing protocols available is the Open
Shortest Path First (OSPF). This is a link-state algorithm protocol and is categorized as an
Interior Gateway Protocol (IGP). OSPF is a routing protocol used to determine the best
route for delivering the packets within an IP networks.
