and sustaining activities of Auto-Insertion machine made by Universal & I-PULSE

SMT line having screen printing m/c, chip shooters, Reflow oven & conveyors.

Helping customer for line layout for good production and process flow.

Monitoring and trouble shooting of machines with Root Cause Analysis.

Follow up/feedback with Principles regarding warranty claim, customer complaints.

Follow up of availability of spare (sale & service) and indenting on time

Helping customer regarding cycle time reduction, process issues, and optimum line

configuration.

Provide technical expertise, applications proficiency and AFTER SALES SERVICE to

the customer

Lead Installations and Service support activities. Resolve critical technical issues with the

help of Principle’s engineers.

Organize & conduct training sessions for end users (customer’s engineers) to optimize

product exposure to end-users, for normal operation & maintenance and ensure

customer satisfaction.

Compile and provide the new applications or products technical information in timely

manner.

Follow up corrective action for ground level implementation.

Study field quality report, installation (area wise) and service report and take corrective

action as required.
